This allows respiratory movements to be more easily seen and permits intermittent positive ventilation if necessary. Chipped rack and top rack does not stay up

Heavy duty and easy to put together, with the exception of the two screws for the top rack; the top rack does not stay in the up position on its own like I thought it would. I can’t open my cabinet door. I had to screw a hook in the wall to hold it up. It arrived with chips on the metal.
